Having a terrace was like a dream.

Magnificent architecture made it a unique place to stay.
It was disappointing to have 2 single beds together instead of a double bed - and the shower was very weak.

We loved the character of the Hotel and think they did a beautiful job renovating an old water tower into a lovely hotlel. The location is convenient and all areas are walkable. The staff was friendly. My only regret is not having the time to enjoy the spa.
We were disappointed in our room. The bedroom was upstairs with no windows. We complained about the room being too hot yet no one took the time to make any changes or even return our call to give us an update on whether or not they could cool things down. A fan would have been helpful, we did not sleep our last night because the room was too warm and a bit stuffy.

My purpose for visiting the hotel was for both business and a personal break. I found the level of service to be excellent, being addressed by name would certainly indicate this. Would I use the hotel in May when I intend visiting INTERZUM next May yes even though the locating is not the most convenient, being a designer I enjoyed the architecture, spa facitity and service.

We really had problems on the first night with reseva. While giving us a smaller room (and not hired as a suite) there was no compensation from the hotel. Outside this disappointment, the hotel is very nice.
Despite the disappointment, all have been very helpful to solve the problem.

The hotel is very nice and has a great smooking area in the bar. Very convenient if you smoke and want to hide from the wind and cold weather. Staff is great. I would recommend.
The location is not bad but at night I did not find it pleaseant to walk around and there are not many options to eat close to the hotel.

Not much to be honest.except the idea of being a watertower
5 euro a coke, 4.50 a small water, and 2.50 a beer. This is just ridiculous.the premises were really old, stains on the bed and wifi cost!

This is a fabulous hotel and is a unique experience to stay here. The staff are are excellent and we received good service throughout our stay. The suite was very spacious and very well appointed. We cannot wait to return next holiday.

The staff were exceptional, especially the person running the bar, and the building is beautiful.
Nothing disasterous. It was a bit far from the centre - a good walk. Food was very expensive.

I flew over from Sydney to celebrate the wedding of Laddan & Jeremy Witzens. Thank you for welcoming me so warmly and for letting me have such a nice room with great views. What a happy time we all had. I hope to come again!
